• Email address — for account login and communication
• Name and profile info — to identify you to other users
• Device location — to show nearby walks and your approximate area on the map
• Walk posts — times, locations, and preferences you share

How We Use Your Data

• To show you walks near your location
• To let other users see your walk posts
• To enable messaging between matched walkers
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Location Privacy

Your exact address is never shown to other users. Walk posts display cross streets or neighborhood names to protect your privacy. Location data is only collected while you are actively using the app. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. As a small closed-beta app, we keep things simple and secure.

Your Rights

You can request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and walk history.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
